Kerry's Foreign Flavor

Secretary of State John Kerry has embarked on a new ambitious mission to restore the damaged reputation of America without denting its pride in shaping the world in its image. Can he do a better job than his predecessor? I am not so sure. Certainly he has the charm and the experience as the war veteran not to pursue a losing or losable war. He should focus on rehabilitating the US army which has, in the recent years, lost all moral boundaries and brought shame and hared around the world. US must behave more as a benign arbitrator and give hopes and assurance to all those who look up to it for justice and fairness.
